Can I get a Script or Referral without and appointment?
Our doctors prefer to provide these services in appointments. Book an appointment online or call and speak to one of the reception team to book an appointment for your needs.
How do I access my medical records?
Please complete a Request for Access to Medical Records Form, available from reception or download here. This form can be used to access your record or transfer it to your new medical practice.
Do you have interpreters?
Free access to interpreters. Phone 13 14 50 and ask them to call us on the contact number for the service you require.
How do I pay for my Consultation?
Sale Medical Centre is proud to provide quality medical services to locals from Sale and surrounding areas. These are available at no cost to you, if eligible for bulk billing.
To pay for your consultation payments can be made via EFTPOS or direct deposit or cash.
Variable fees apply for EFTPOS payments applied at the time of payment. 1.5% for credit card payments or 0.8% for debit card payments.
How do I make a complaint?
